How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Orders ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship free to Canada and the US, and offer international shipping to 26+ countries. Rates and times vary by destination.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it on our order status page or the carrier's website to follow your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed in CAD.

How does sizing work?

Each product page includes a size chart when applicable. LED accessories like glasses and masks are one-size-fits-most with adjustable straps. For clothing, we recommend checking the chart before ordering — sizing follows standard Asian sizing which tends to run smaller than North American sizes.

What if my item is defective?

All LED products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something arrives broken or stops working within 30 days, email us at support@technodystopop.com and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.

Can I return or exchange an item?
