30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Full Refund
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item is significantly different from what was described or pictured
Contact us with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice. In most cases, you will not need to ship anything back.
Store Credit
- Change of mind
- Item does not fit as expected
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit never expires.
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Intimate apparel including bodysuits, hosiery, fishnet stockings, and pasties (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
Email support@technodystopop.com with your order number, which item(s), reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We respond within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to show the refund.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
