Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Eligible for refund:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item received
• Item significantly different from listing description

How to request: Email support@technodystopop.com with photos or a short video showing the issue. In most cases you will not need to ship anything back.

Refunds process within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take 5-10 additional days.

Not eligible:

• Change of mind, sizing, or fit
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Final Sale items
• Requests after 30 days
