Where We Ship

We ship worldwide! Canada, US, Europe, Australia, Asia — if your country has a postal service, we can get it there.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Canada & United States: 10-20 business days
International: 15-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season volume.

Shipping Rates

Canada & US: Free standard shipping on orders over $49 CAD. Orders under $49 ship for a $6.99 flat rate.
International: Free standard shipping on orders over $99 CAD. Orders under $99 ship for a $12.99 flat rate.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number via email once it ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to go live. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
